BOOKING & PAYMENT:

All studio bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking system or by contacting our studio directly. Full payment for studio time is required at the time of booking.

If you exceed your booked time without notifying us and it affects another client’s booking, you will be charged for the time used at a rate of £50 p/h and an additional £30 inconvenience fee. 

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled slot without incurring any additional charges. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your booked slot will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 

STUDIO USAGE:

Clients are granted access to the studio only during their booked time slots. Late departure may incur additional charges.

Clients and their guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while on our premises. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the studio. 

EQUIPMENT: 

Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of all studio equipment and props during their session. Any damage caused to equipment or props due to negligence or misuse may result in additional charges which is up to the directors of Off Grid Studios to decide. 

SECURITY & PRIVACY: 

Our studio is equipped with security cameras for the safety and security of our clients and equipment. Refer to our security policy for details on camera usage and data retention. 

We respect your privacy and will not use any client images or personal information for promotional purposes without obtaining prior consent. 

LIABILITY & INSURANCE:

Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests during their studio sessions. Off Grid Studios is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session. 

We recommend that clients have appropriate insurance coverage for their equipment and liability. Off Grid Studios is not responsible for the loss or damage to client equipment or belongings. 

COPYRIGHT: 

All videos and images captured during studio sessions are the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. 

Off Grid Studios may request permission to use select client images for promotional purposes. Clients have the right to decline such requests. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Off Grid Studios reserves the right to make changes or updates to these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
